The MONOLIT - B is a compact volume cooker hood designed for connection to SAVE and central ventilation units. It extracts cooking odours and steam and is supplied in white or stainless steel finishes.

Performance and standards
The MONOLIT - B odour extraction performance is measured according to EN 13141-3:2017 under specified conditions:

• Without air guides: >75% at 170 m3/h when 50 cm above the oven and 184 m3/h when 60 cm above the oven
• With small air guides: >75% at 159 m3/h when 50 cm above the oven and 180 m3/h when 60 cm above the oven
• With big air guides: >75% at 126 m3/h when 50 cm above the oven and 152 m3/h when 60 cm above the oven

Installation & maintenance
The cooker hood must be connected to the dedicated 5th duct connection on the SAVE/B unit. Digital output (DO) wires from the cooker hood should be connected to any free universal input (UI) on the SAVE unit. The damper can be adjusted to increase ventilation capacity. The aluminium grease filter is removable and can be cleaned in hot soapy water or placed in a dishwasher; cleaning at least once a month is recommended for optimal operation.
