Features
- Construction: Sintered, UV-resistant and waterproof PE-el casing (PPs-el for DN75). Casing position adjustable by rotation (standard GR360, GL360 for DN75). Pedestal in galvanized steel (powder-coated steel for DN75).
- Impeller: Single-flow impellers in PP-el (PPs-el for DN75; GFK for 500D4) with efficient blade geometry; statically and dynamically balanced; matched to IEC Ex db motor.
- Motor: Explosion-proof motor Ex db (Ex for DN75) with terminal box Ex eb.
- Motor protection: Integrated PTC thermistors requiring connection to a motor protection device.
- Control: Speed controllable by frequency converter. Note: PRF EX 75 is not suitable for inverter duty; motors must be tested and certified with the specific inverter type for inverter operation.
- Installation: Floor-mounted on pedestal. Use of flexible connection recommended to reduce vibration transmission to ducting.
