HVLP method and benefits
The Turboshort 1000 operates on the High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) principle. It produces a large volume of mechanically generated hot dry air, which accelerates drying and improves paint adhesion. The output air has a reduced relative humidity (nearly 40% lower), preventing condensation of water and oil and creating optimal conditions for modern coatings. Compared with compressed-air systems, the low-pressure method reduces mist formation, achieving paint savings of approximately 20–40% and lowering exposure for operators and environmental emissions. An inlet air filter ensures clean supply air while the turbine's high power delivers consistent spraying performance and professional finishes.
Usage notes
The Airbass 300 professional pistol allows adjustment of fan pattern (horizontal, round, vertical), material flow and air calibration. Combined with the range of supplied nozzles, this enables adaptation to different paint types and substrates. The unit's compact footprint, manageable weight and carrying case make it practical to transport and deploy on job sites.
