Overview
VAIA is an indoor air-to-water monobloc heat pump designed to ensure high energy efficiency, year-round comfort and maximum respect for architectural aesthetics. Thanks to the complete absence of an outdoor unit, VAIA is ideal for historic centres, listed buildings, prestigious properties and architectural contexts where visible outdoor units are not permitted. Heat exchange with the outside occurs exclusively through two air intake and exhaust openings, concealed by paintable grilles and integrable into façades or roofing.

Invisible design and compliance with architectural constraints
VAIA is conceived to preserve the appearance of façades, terraces and roofs and is particularly suitable for historic centres, protected areas and building renovation projects.

Compact and quiet monobloc heat pump
VAIA integrates all monobloc heat pump components into a single indoor unit with a footprint of less than 0.5 m², reducing system complexity and acoustic impact. Its quiet operation makes it suitable for apartments, residential settings and limited spaces.

Available installation configurations

• Wall installation - Indoor unit installed close to the perimeter wall, with air intake and exhaust via ducts passing through the masonry.
• Wall / roof installation - Intake through the perimeter wall and exhaust through the roof, ideal when an attic is present.
• Roof installation - Both air flows are managed through the roof, keeping the monobloc heat pump completely inside the home.
• External recessed installation - Installation in a dedicated technical compartment, not visible from the outside and integrated into the building envelope.
