Description

Handycoat ACP is a ready-mixed skimcoat for cold surfaces to minimise condensation problems. Handycoat ACP is a light weight ready to use filler and wall skimming compound for most interior building surfaces, including sand/cement render, gypsum board, concrete as well as previously painted surfaces. It gives a high quality, even surface ready for painting. Handycoat ACP has excellent insulating properties which greatly help to reduce condensation problems on the internal surfaces of exterior walls. Properties Handycoat ACP is based on a combination of acrylic polymers and light weight fillers. The product has the following properties: Fungal resistant Easy to use Does not flake off 40% lighter in weight than conventional skimcoats Lower shrinkage Application up to 5mm Areas Of Use Handycoat ACP is designed for use as a skimming compound on most interior construction surfaces such as gypsum board, sand/cement render, cement fibre board, precast concrete, in-situ concrete. Handycoat ACP is ideal for application on previously painted surfaces. It is specifically designed for skimming on interior surfaces of exterior walls where cold bridging is a problem, where it will eliminate or greatly reduce the incidents of condensation.
