Conceived as an horizontal and vertical combination of a series of iconic cushions The Not Sofa was designed by E-ggs to be available in multiple versions and in two large families: contract and home. The contract version has 4 variants: a 2-seater sofa, an asymmetrical 3-seater sofa, a 4-seater sofa and an armchair; while the home version comes as a 3-seater sofa. Not Sofa The Not sofa family, with its welcoming softness and functional structural details, is an emblematic example of how it’s possible to decline and cross functions in True Design’s world, crossing over between the domestic and non-domestic destinations. The difference between the two variants is mainly dictated by the different use requirements in the two areas: The home sofa has a greater depth with back and armrests reaching the floor, while the contract version is raised off the floor thanks to a slender metal structure consisting a four legs base. In both cases the frame is in metal with straps; the padding is made of variable density foam and the legs are in steel with adjustable feet. Back and armrests with non-deformable polyurethane foam padding and iron core. Seat with elastic straps attached to coated metal base. Steel legs and polypropylene feet.
