Description

High performance one-sided climbing formwork for the construction of strongly inclined walls with total safety. Single sided perimeter climbing formwork is used for concreting walls on one face, both straight and inclined angled: construction of dams, canals, floodgates, refrigeration towers, galleries, tunnels, etc. The brackets are designed to carry the loads coming from the concrete pressure. The brackets are made up of welded high strength profiles and are compatible with BMK bracket and MK system. The working platform and formwork is lifted simultaneously to the next pouring stage. They are designed for the construction of strongly inclined walls with working platforms in horizontal position fulfilling any safety requirement. Fixed configuration with minimum stripping distance of 5 cm between formwork and wall. Application: Civil Works (dams) and Building Construction Maximum formwork height: 4 m Platform width: 185 cm Anchorage to wall: DW20 - DW26 Roll-back carriage for formwork panel stripping Standard MK walers can be used as vertical Waler Adaptable to inclined walls Mobile configuration with a stripping distance of up to 70 cm between formwork and wall.
