ORIGIN
Quarried in Tuscany, in the province of Massa-Carrara, the heart of Apuan Alps.
Marble flood waste, with ivory or rose priming and evident dusky-reddish or dusky-orange veinings. Cement presents shades that verges from purple to green or to deep bordeaux. Due to these elements the material is absolutely not regular.
USE
Particularly suggestive and prestigious material, it is usually used for decor elements, frames, floors low on footfall, monolithic elements and other design objects.
PROJECTS
Together with the Classical Apuan Peach flower, it is one of the marbles used by Medici’s to decorate Florence during the Renaissance.
