Drumback is neither an upholstered or a mesh back chair and combines the advantages of both basic forms in a "drum" concept with mesh stretched over a polypropylene back shell. Drumback uniquely combines the benefits of the cool comfort of a mesh back with the stability of a solid back chair. Drumback "split back" meeting chairs deliver an interesting light design with a floating seat and a continuous frame forming the arms and supporting the backrest.
