The ATLAS PLUS KNX motion-brightness detector features a passive infrared sensor that detects any movement within its detection range. It has high immunity to false alarms, electromagnetic fields and temperature variations. It allows for wide and easy parameterisation, ideal for lighting, people detection and costant brightness dection functions. It also includes two additional channels that can works in dependence of daylight or, similarly to the first channel, permanently to transmit a second value (comfort setting, temperature stand by). These type of detectors are designed to be installed inside homes, buildings, etc. Avoid installation in places where the device is exposed to direct sunlight. Also, avoid placing the detectors next to bulky which may reduce their detection range. Detection range is 5m diameter at 2.5m mounting
