The binary input/ output actuator Vivo® CRIS KNX is a KNX device for sensing technical binary signals and for independent switching electrical loads (single or groups). To operate the device receives a telegram from the bus, sent by a KNX device (such as a pushbutton, a sensor or another switching or control device), that causes the opening or the closing of one or more relays. The inputs are designed to detect any dry contact such as conventional switches and buttons, the contact scanning voltage is supplied by the input actuator. The cables connecting the switches/buttons to the input interface may be run for up to 10m. The device also provide an input for a temperature sensor.
