The DEMIKAL Plus Filters combine, in a single filter the effective action of the carboxy resins to the benefits of the microfiltration system Refiner. Its particular shape 2 in 1 provides that the incoming water, in the proportion established dall'apposito by-pass, is treated by the resins to reduce the carbonate hardness. The result is a treated water by the resins in the desired percentage, and 100% microfiltered. The advantages of this last step are: removal of chlorine and all organic compounds, retention of all the impurities greater than 0.5 microns, bacteriostatic action ensured by the principle AG (silver salts wherein the activated carbon is impregnated) which prevents bacteria and viruses to proliferate inside the filter.
