Description

WEBAC® 1401 is very low-viscosity PU injection resin of excellent flow and penetration behavior for post-construction damp proof courses (dpc) according to WTA. Due to its slight foam reactionand long pot life it is specially designed for large wall cross sections. Range of Application Damp proof course (dpc) in masonry (certified according to WTA Code of Practice 4-4) Preferably for compact masonry structures and high wall thicknesses Sealing of gypsum-based masonry in monument conservation Sealing injections in masonry and open-pored concrete structures (e.g. tamped concrete) Properties Mixing ratio 3 : 1 Capillary obstruction, solidifying Extremely low viscosity Low foam development Good penetration Long pot life Mainly based on renewable raw materials Application Injection by 1C pump WEBAC® 1401: PU injection resin for post-construction dpc in masonry WEBAC® 1401 is a very low viscosity resin based on PU characterized by its very good flow and penetration behavior. It is suitable as injection material for dry, damp or wet masonry. Used as post-construction damp proof course (dpc) in masonry with low pore volume WEBAC® 1401 prevents the capillary rise of moisture. The low viscosity injection resin is introduced to the pores and capillary structure of the masonry by means of pressure injection. Its effect is based on the principle of capillary obstruction. WEBAC® 1401 provides for constant volume, high elasticity and chemical resistance
