Optimize griddling with the Weber® Slate® GP 71cm Premium griddle. Its porcelain‑enamelled cast‑iron cooktop provides a stick‑resistant, ready‑to‑use surface suitable for smashed burgers, stir‑fries, searing seafood and vegetables. The cooktop heats quickly to over 260°C and delivers even heat across the full surface. Wind guards protect the burners and the low clearance between cooktop and burners maintains stable temperature control. Three independently controlled burners enable multi‑zone cooking for different temperature zones across the surface.
