Engineered in porcelain-enamelled cast iron, it delivers even, edge-to-edge heat using the barbecue's burners and features an integrated grease management system compatible with Genesis barbecues to capture grease and prevent spills. Ideal for pancakes, eggs, seafood and vegetables, the griddle enables professional results without an additional appliance.
