The WEBER Summit FS38 S is a gas barbecue designed to broaden outdoor cooking methods and support larger gatherings. It combines a top-down infrared broiler for edge-to-edge caramelization, a stainless-steel smoker box for low-and-slow smoking, and an integrated rotisserie for whole-roast applications. The unit accepts WEBER CRAFTED cooking grates and frame kit to convert the grill into a griddle, pizza oven, wok station and more (accessories sold separately).
