Description

This 1-part adhesive on PUR-basis with long film formation time hardens up and foams after the addition of moisture. This adhesive is not only used for the bonding of corner angles in the aluminium window and door manufacturing but also e.g. for the bonding of wood/aluminium compound systems as well as for the bonding of miter cuts of PUR-window and door profiles. APPLICATION EXAMPLES - in the aluminium window and door manufacturing (anodised or powder-coated) for the bonding of aluminium corner angles into the profile hollow spaces - friction-locked bonding of the miter cut surfaces of PUR-window- and - door profiles - in the wood-window- and -front door sphere, e. g. for the board gap bonding of front door cassettes - bonding of wood/aluminium compound systems SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS - shows an excellent adhesion on different wood- and building materials, ceramics, metals, thermo- and durosetting plastics - long film formation time - foaming hardening up - obtains, during the wood/wood bonding, the strain group D4, according to EN 204 Technical information Basis 1-part moisture cross-linked PUR, solvent-free Film property tough elastic Viscosity low viscosity - paste-like Packaging 310ml PE-euro-cartridge 1000ml PE-euro-cartridge Colour opaque-transparent
