With a simple reset, you can switch to a "coarse wash" which increases the water pressure. This, combined with three programme choices, solves a kitchen's bespoke requirements. A feed height of 505 mm and the inside width of 605 mm enables operators to wash plates, glasses and cutlery, and larger items such as baking trays, bread boxes, bulky vessels, GN canteens etc. Double final rinse with DUPLUS technology. Low water consumption with only 1-litre of fresh water per wash cycle. ECO-FLOW (optional) heat recovery saves energy and allows dishes to dry extra quickly. The hood is angled upwards at the rear edge so that the steam rises up the back of the machine instead of in the washroom.
