Acacia is a hard wood and is known for its durability. It is a natural material that is resistant to pathogens and weathering.
It therefore has several advantages after being processed:
Durability: its hardness, which is comparable to that of certain tropical woods such as teak, makes it particularly strong. With a natural lifespan of around 60 years, it is undoubtedly a long-term investment, making it the strongest European hardwood.
Environmentally friendly: As it does not require chemical treatment for outdoor use, it remains perfectly natural and therefore environmentally friendly. It is resistant to various climatic and environmental effects: temperature changes, humidity, fire and attacks by fungi, shellfish, molluscs and termites.
