Description
Glued laminate removes wood defects and makes the material more homogeneous.
Our glued laminated shade sail posts are available in diameters 100-120 and 140mm. They are made with the same care as our sailboat masts. The species used – Iroko, Makoré, or Robinia – are class 4. The wood is therefore naturally rot-proof.
The level of finishing is very demanding: fine sanding and a coat of oil protect and give a very aesthetic and beautiful appearance.
The fixings are made of stainless steel with a very solid bolted bridge at the top to fix the shade sail and a sheath tube to seal it into the ground. In order to give strength and durability to the product we recommend installation with the sheath provided.
We have partners who manufacture very diverse canvases and tarpaulins. As well as specialist installation companies.
