Description

Professional ironing machines Our range of professional flatwork ironers is the most comprehensive on the market and offers different lengths, diameters and roll covers. The S100-120-140/25 roller ironers, then, are our intermediate-sized appliances and they are equipped with an extruded and high quality anodized aluminium ironing surface, perfect for the professional treatment of flat linen. Great quality of ironing surface Being an extruded component, the ironing surface of S100-120-140/25 models is extremely smooth and remains unchanged at any temperature without the necessity of additional mechanical systems to maintain the shape. The deep anodizing treatment, then, makes it strong and inert to chemicals, thereby eliminating any problem of corrosion (e.g. no damage due to the presence of residual chlorine in the fabrics). The thermal insulation is made, then, of ceramic fiber so as to ensure the maximum efficiency and minimum heat dispersion in the environment. The heating systems, armored and sealed, are integrated inside the ironing plate, not simply placed in the rear of it such as in the traditional devices, the heating, therefore, is generated from the inside of the plate, ensuring optimum ironing performance. Finally, while the S100-120/25 models have a roller with the same coating of S80, the S140/25 is equipped with a perforated roller with suction motor, coated by a double layer of soft steel wool, a cotton felt and an external NOMEX® felt which makes it able to iron flat linen with up to 20-25% of a moisture.
