Key features

• EazyGo High Speed Oven provides fast and consistent cooking/heating for a variety of complete meal products (frozen items, breaded products, proteins), pastries, hot snacks, appetizers and more.
• High-speed cooking combination: Convection - Microwave - Impingement (hot air jets).
• Temperature adjustable from 30°C to 280°C.
• Vertical impingement airflow adjustable from 10% to 100% in 10% increments.
• Microwave power adjustable from 0% to 100% in 10% increments. At 0% microwave it can be used as a convection oven.
• Prepared for data transfer via USB stick.
• Display buzzer with adjustable volume at end of cycle (or phase for multi-phase recipes).
• Multi-phase recipes can be created with different combinations of temperature, microwave and airflow speed for each phase.
• 7" capacitive touchscreen user interface, memory up to 1024 recipes.
• Each recipe can be linked to food categories (e.g. Bakery & Pastry, Pizza & Sandwiches, Eggs & Proteins, Gourmet Preps), marked as Favorite, assigned a custom image and a barcode (readable with optional barcode scanner PNC 653820).
