Overview
The Z-Active 100 Zanussi Professional undercounter dishwasher is designed for intensive commercial use with S (400x400 mm) and L (500x500 mm) rack options. It combines compact footprint and high loading height to accommodate oversized glassware and plates while offering connectivity for monitoring consumption and diagnostics via the OnE Connected App.

User interaction & operation
One-touch operation with a color-coded LED button provides clear status feedback (warming, detergent refill, cycle running). Touch controls, an ergonomic interface and a soft-opening door simplify loading and daily use.

Performance & productivity
Designed to maximise throughput: up to 65 racks/hour (≈1,170 dishes/hour) on Fast cycle. MyEco cycle improves productivity compared with previous Zanussi Professional undercounter ranges while optimising resource use.

Energy & water savings
Default MyEco cycle reduces energy consumption (up to 40% energy saving reported). Key consumption figures:

Cleaning coverage & wash technology
Integrated 360° washing arm (Patent Pending EP24177693.9) and redesigned spray arm ensure consistent coverage regardless of item placement. Electronic controls regulate performance and efficiency.

Loading flexibility
Market-top loading height of approx. 400 mm accepts glasses up to 325 mm and plates up to 360 mm diameter. Rack options support a wide range of dish shapes and sizes for catering and hospitality operations.

Hygiene & maintenance
Color-coded filters and new-generation filter design reduce clogging and simplify daily cleaning. Diagnostics and troubleshooting are available via the OnE Connected App. Spare parts availability is guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years to support lifecycle maintenance.

Accessories & configurable options
Available options: pressure boiler, rinse aid pump, detergent pump, drain pump, tank filters and AISI 304 construction for selected configurations. Fast cycle availability via the App scheduled from January 2025 for supported SKUs.

Eco & packaging
External packaging uses 70% recycled cardboard, is 100% recyclable and printed with water-based ink. Product documentation includes lifecycle, CO2 and energy saving information as well as repairability details.
