OverviewThe ZAplus housing (nominal diameters 450–1,000 mm) is an injection-moulded nozzle housing developed with CFD to optimise airflow and acoustics. The system combines a full nozzle geometry with biomimetic FE2owlet/FE3owlet fan blades, integrated guide vanes and a short diffuser on the pressure side to improve pressure capability and reduce noise. ZAplus can be fitted as a retrofit to existing systems to increase air output and reduce operating costs while minimising sound emissions.
Product specificationZAplus is a modular fan housing system comprising an optimised full nozzle with guide vanes, motor suspension and a short diffuser, available with optional high-end diffusor (ZAplus+). The housing is produced by plastic injection moulding; the nozzle is made of a high-performance composite. Fan blades are available in biomimetic FE2owlet and FE3owlet designs. Units are offered with AC or ECblue (external rotor with integrated controller) motor technology and allow fully speed-controllable airflow for industrial HVAC, refrigeration, system and energy technologies.
