Planting a seed

In 1962, a family of artisans started a business from scratch in their own home. With a crafting tradition inherited from their parents, who had created small workshops to make handcrafted classic furniture, they decided to perpetuate their legacy. Creating AM Living was their way to serve the community: a family giving back to other families by manufacturing high-end furniture items that felt regal, enveloping, and inviting - furniture to live in.

Eventually, when watered, all seeds grow.

And AM Living is one of those brands that cannot be contained when growth is required. Its classic nature was not set in stone. After decades of serving locally, it was time to serve globally. International markets started playing a major role in the company’s business after 2000 and now represent most of its sales. New customers brought new responsibilities and demands - that meant reaching new levels of creativity and resourcefulness. AM Living became gradually more diverse, embracing new layers of its timeless design: the residential brand now offers distinct collections ranging from classic to contemporary, incorporating tailor-made cabinetry and outdoor furniture.

It was time to bear fruit.

Even though each of AM Living’s collections has enough singularity and charm to stand on its own, true magic happens when they come together to create unprecedent ambiances that build the bridge between disruptive and traditional. Connected by their inheritance and the skillfulness of age-old craftsmanship, each collection elevates the other creating a richer, more unique, and thought-out ambiance that exalts the beauty of eclectic design.

We like to CREATE

AM Living takes design seriously. We do not design for mass production—we know that each product is unique and requires attention to detail. We have in-house designers who develop new products and concepts every year, expanding the range of our collections and playing with different materials and color palettes. Respecting artists and creators is also a big part of our company’s philosophy, so we give our designers total freedom to create and explore.
