FAKRO is an international construction industry group founded in 1991 in Nowy Sącz, Poland, with entirely Polish capital. Today, it is the world’s second-largest manufacturer of roof windows, holding approximately 15% of the global market share. The FAKRO Group consists of 12 production facilities and 17 distribution companies. Initially focused on the domestic market, the company expanded into international markets within a few years and successfully established a strong global presence. Today, FAKRO supplies its products to customers in over 70 countries worldwide.

From the very beginning, the company has focused on developing technologies that enhance attic functionality and improve user comfort. In 2016, the portfolio was expanded to include FAKRO INNOVIEW aluminium-wood vertical joinery. Facade windows and entrance doors with large glazing areas introduced new possibilities for designing interiors that are open to the surrounding environment. The range is further complemented by garage doors, entrance doors, and INNOVIEW Line awning blinds, all designed in a consistent style. Together, these products create a comprehensive system of solutions tailored to the needs of contemporary architecture and construction.

The year 2022 marked another important step in the company’s development with the launch of a new generation of GREENVIEW roof windows. These products were designed with a focus on energy efficiency, durability, safety, and modern aesthetics. The GREENVIEW range also reflects the company’s commitment to sustainability, emphasising responsible use of natural resources and care for future generations.

With a strong focus on dynamic development and the latest technologies, the company also offers a comprehensive range of FAKRO SmartHome electrical control systems. These solutions enable convenient and intuitive management of products through a smartphone, remote control, or wall-mounted switches.
