Since 1993, FLUX LIGHTING specialises in innovative lighting techniques, using LED luminaires.

Production is performed internally, near Lyon (France), from different suppliers for 80% of Europe.

The experience gained with LED and Fibre Optics has permitted FLUX to develop its skill in various fields but especially in colour-changing systems.
The outstanding feature of FLUX products is the possibility they offer to create dynamic and colour-changing surroundings whatever light source is used. Each luminaire exists in a colour-changing version.

Now FLUX LIGHTING developed LED outdoor public lighting range with new lantern and bollard.

ENGINEERING & ECO-DESIGN

Our engineering department designs and develops all our products, from A to Z. Implementation of sustainable design

ECO-POLICY
• Adequate and minimal use of materials (eg. Thermal calculation and simulation to optimize the thickness of the aluminum heat sinks)
• Better selection of materials (updated technology, etc.)
• Easier disassembly process (glue removal, selective recycling, optimized maintenance, etc.)
• Reusing or recycling the product at the end of its life (technical improvement of existing products, better features and performance, etc.)
• Minimal energy consumption
• Manufacturing without producing hazardous waste (optimum waste sorting, etc.)

RESOURCES
Company is provided with a test laboratory specially equipped for testing: shock resistance (IK), sealing (IP), deformation and mechanical strength (a press), heat management (measuring software "Pyro Controle" Observer 2), devices for various measures related to electronics: current consumption / current delivered (benchtop multimeter / oscilloscope / Power meter ....).

INVESTMENTS
To conduct rigorous tests and reach technical excellence, our R&D department is equipped with a 3D modeling printer for mechanical parts, a test chamber for salt spray, a climatic chamber, a dust chamber, a UV test chamber and a thermal cam.
