About Us?
FRANCIOLI – CITYGIE International is a French manufacturer of concrete solutions for public spaces and part of the CITYGIE Group. Based in Chaleins, France, our team of 70 people brings together design, engineering, manufacturing, sales and technical support.
Every public space reflects a community’s values. We help municipalities and private clients create welcoming, inclusive and durable spaces, with equipment designed for everyday use.
We design, manufacture and install:
• Automatic public toilets, with accessible configurations for people with reduced mobility.
• Durable urban furniture, including benches, planters and shelters.
• Sanitary facilities and equipment for Traveller sites.
• Technical support.
Our approach combines French manufacturing, bespoke solutions and site-specific finishes. Our public toilets offer automatic cleaning, contactless features, vandal-resistant construction and optional remote management.
By using low-carbon concrete made with CEM VI cement, we support the decarbonisation of public spaces, with 40% lower carbon emissions¹. Durability and ease of maintenance also help clients manage their infrastructure over the long term.

Our Experiences
For over 40 years, we have been designing and manufacturing infrastructure built to last. We combine expertise in precast concrete with automated sanitary technology to meet the needs of different locations and users.
Our experience includes more than 4,200 installations in France and cooperation with four European distribution partners.
Reference locations include Paris, Lille, Strasbourg, Grenoble, Nice and Cannes, alongside projects in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Our equipment also serves motorway sites and SNCF railway locations.
For international projects, we work with clients and local partners to adapt configurations, finishes and access systems to project requirements.
From initial planning to technical support, we provide personal guidance backed by our manufacturing experience.
