MO-EL SpA is an Italian company raised in Montecchio Emilia, in the heart of the Po Valley, founded in 1982 by a bold intuition of Carlo Bertani, who for over 40 years has been creating innovative solutions for pest control, heating, industrial hygiene and sanitation.

Thanks to the collaboration with prestigious universities and research centers, the company has developed a range of electric and completely ecological solutions, which are characterized by the multiplicity of applications and variety of sectors of use.

MO-EL products are tested and certified by the Italian institution IMQ to guarantee resellers, installers and final users; they do not emit radiation or harmful electromagnetic waves, do not use chemicals, gases or poisons and are distinguished by reliability, effectiveness, resistance and aesthetics.
The ISO9001 certification confirms the high quality standard achieved by MO-EL, which employs technologies capable of offering high levels of safety and quality.

Strongly oriented towards excellence, MO-EL continuously invests in research and innovation and exports its products to over 80 countries around the world.

Despite its strong international vocation (two thirds of the turnover), MO-EL has kept one close link with its territory: the great majority of the products are entirely made in the headquarters of Montecchio Emilia and the availability of spare parts and after sales assistance are always guaranteed.

Today, also thanks to the entry of the new generation, MO-EL remains a reference for the development of the local economy, maintaining the qualitative traits of the Italian manufacturing and it is prepared to face the most ambitious targets, in line with the constant market evolution.

MO-EL production is focused on the following sectors:

Professional pest control devices. In this field, the MO-EL range covers the 3 main typologies of appliances, which can be used - depending on the model - in a domestic, commercial, industrial or agricultural environment.

- Electric discharge: the traditional CRI-CRI, famous for their quality, effectiveness and durability
- Suction: silent and efficient, useful for both domestic and professional environments
- Glue board: HACCP compliant, compulsory wherever food products are treated

Infrared heating. MO-EL, highly specialized in this innovative range, presents the widest line of products on the market - from 600W to 6000W – featuring short, medium and long wave lamps, with visible and invisible light. MO-EL infrared heaters can satisfy any kind of request, with both industrial and horeca models, also suitable for sites of worship and interiors.

Hygiene. Over time, MO-EL has developed a wide range of hotel hairdryers and electronic hand dryers for all needs, including the most modern air blade models, which combine maximum energy efficiency with the highest hygiene standards.

Evaporative coolers. These large-capacity appliances guarantee fresh and clean air without the use of gas and compressor. The low consumption and versatility of use make them ideal for cooling both in domestic and industrial environments, as well as for bars, restaurants and hotel lobbies.

Ozone generators. Ozone is recognized by the Ministry of Health as a natural safeguard for the sterilization of environments and, with the increased need for sanitation of environments, the use of these devices has become familiar to many categories of users. The MO-EL line ranges from models for cars and small rooms to those for large spaces.

UV-C sanitizers. MO-EL, based upon forty years of experience with UV lamps, has developed a range of devices for sanitization through the use of UV-C germicidal lamps. UV-C rays have a very high virucidal power and their use - in safety conditions - is endorsed by the Ministry of Health in the sanitation protocols envisaged for Covid-19. MO-EL UV-C devices guarantee those who have to share spaces or equipment a real and continuous sanitization of the environment.
The EIR-SAN range includes models both for the continuous sanitization of the air present in the room (with the presence of people) and for the sterilization of objects and surfaces (in the absence of people); they are professional devices, extremely powerful and safe, whose effectiveness has been tested with excellent results in private laboratories and universities.

I founded MO-EL with the belief that technology and the environment could coexist and improve each other, and I've never stopped believing in it.
