Besides the ongoing growth of the company, Pauli + Sohn GmbH is still a family guided company. Today, Claudia Pauli, the daughter of the company’s founder, is chairing the company.

Günter Pauli, company’s founder

1980 P+S was founded by Günter Pauli with his business partner and his secretary. As site, the small town Waldbröl in Northrhine Westfalia was chosen. Glass clamps have been the first production items. The quality of the innovative products established a leading position on the market. The company was growing steadily. Export sales have been forced and enhanced by the foundation of daughter companies in Stockholm, Sweden (Pauli Scandinavia AB) as well as Bouc Bel Air, France (Pauli France S.A.R.L.). Today, approx. 120 employees are working at Pauli + Sohn GmbH. Günter Pauli, the founder, died in summer 2008.
