Who are we?
Poliespanso srl was founded by the Family Zacchè in 1985 in Mantua - Italy - with the goal of providing new solutions for thermal insulation in buildings. The company over the years has been distinguished by the production of ICF - Insulated Concrete Form - solutions for the construction of energy effictent building.
Directly by the headquarter of Mantua, the company is a manufacturer of construction technology Plastbau ® based on a system of self-supporting ICF - Insulated Concrete Form - elements with variable geometry for the formation of slabs and load-bearing walls. Key features of this product are the anti-seismic resistance and the insulation without thermal bridges: comfort, energy savings, ease of transport and installation to complete most of the advantages of the structural features of the product. Thanks to its lightness, safety, operational flexibility, workability and ease of installation, technology Plastbau ® is a modern alternative to traditional building systems and a real opportunity to transform the building process from artisanal to industrial.

This is from the foundation of the company's mission of Poliespanso was to create technologies and solutions to give life to housing "human scale" where the need for energy conservation goes hand in hand with high performance sound insulation, thermal and seismic.
