Riflessi srl, operating under the Riflessi brand, was founded in Ortona in September 1990. This leading company in the furniture and design sector has enjoyed steady growth since its inception, with growth accelerating further in recent years.

The company, with an 11,000-square-metre headquarters in Ortona (Chieti) and a significant supply chain both within the Abruzzo region and in Italy’s leading furniture districts, now boasts a direct distribution network comprising one commercial showroom in Milan and a further nine single-brand showrooms across Italy.

The expansion of this Abruzzo-based company in Italy and abroad is the result of a clear strategy focused on two key drivers: retail development and the establishment of major partnership agreements to ensure widespread distribution across international markets. To date, in Italy, Riflessi has 11 single-brand stores, opened since 2011 in major cities such as: Naples, Milan, Reggio Calabria, Rome, Bergamo, Bari, Turin, Brescia, Pescara and Palermo. For the company, the opening of single-brand stores represents a fundamental element of its strategic commercial plan, which aims to complement its wholesale distribution with directly-run stores that convey the values, image, culture and philosophy of the Riflessi brand, thereby establishing a direct relationship with the end customer.

Riflessi’s range is aimed at a high-end clientele who appreciate a selection of products that are strictly ‘Made in Italy’, meticulously designed down to the last detail and offering extensive customisation options, successfully combining artisanal craftsmanship with design.

The company has been awarded two prestigious certifications that recognise its commitment to representing and promoting ‘Made in Italy’ throughout its entire production chain.

More specifically, the “100% Made in Italy Certificate”, issued by the Institute for the Protection of Italian Producers, and “ItalyX – CERTIFIED ITALIAN EXCELLENCE” from IL SOLE 24 ORE in collaboration with Bureau Veritas, recognise RIFLESSI’s ability to conceive, design and innovate in keeping with the distinctive traits of Italian tradition.

These certifications confirm the excellence and Italian character of RIFLESSI’s products throughout the entire supply chain: design, production, ownership and R&D in Italy; high standards of style and creativity; Italian suppliers and subcontractors; and Italian-owned patents.

The Riflessi Research and Development Centre is the driving force behind the entire collection development process: it is here that all the furniture is conceived and designed, and functional solutions are devised. The entire production process takes place at the company’s factories in Italy and is subject to rigorous checks and assessments before the products are launched on the market.
The Abruzzo-based company adopts a holistic approach to manufacturing. Riflessi has a deep connection with its local area and expresses its love for its roots through concrete actions: from the revival and promotion of traditional craft techniques that are at risk of being lost to the ‘zero-kilometre’ philosophy, implemented by selecting a network of specialist local suppliers.
