Ringvide

Ringvide is a Swedish company, based on the island of Gotland in Sweden, that designs and produces furniture and products for home and office environments. Ringvide creates products with high integrity and an expressive visual language that leans against a combination of traditional craftsmanship and new technologies.

Ringvide was founded by designer/architect Lukas and his wife Leila in 2013 and they have slowly but surely let the company grow in its own organic pace. During these years they have had the luck to expand both their family and business. Two little boys have been added to their family picture, at the same time as a professional growth has taken place; a fully occupied factory where the pure joy of furniture making is shared everyday.

Nordic form is characterized by simplicity and functionality, which are important values to the company. Ringvide wants to give a version of Nordic form with a vivid expression. The company participates in the efforts to promote sustainable development through for example the choice of materials and finishing. From an ecological perspective a long lasting product is the most durable product. Therefore, the aim is to create products of high material, functional and aesthetic quality. The use of genuine materials and craftmanship give products that age with dignity and can live for generations
