In 1994, we bet on our ideas to develop the first soot abatement systems and solve a problem that no one had yet been able to address effectively. Since then, Smoki Srl has been dedicated to the production and installation of soot and grease abatement systems for wood-fired ovens and charcoal grills/ovens, professional high-temperature extractors, eco-friendly odor treatment units, and the installation and maintenance of complete fume disposal systems for the commercial foodservice industry.

What was an innovation over 30 years ago is now a trusted standard across Italy and abroad. Our abatement systems, extractors, and installations have become synonymous with experience, quality, and professional reliability.
