Stima S.r.l. is an Italian company founded in 1995, specializing in the design and production of professional equipment for fast food service and compact kitchens. All products, equipped with an integrated extraction hood, are entirely made in Italy with special attention to material quality — over 90% of the components are stainless steel — and advanced technology, thanks to an in-house department dedicated to electronic production and laser cutting.

Stima’s mission is to offer innovative solutions that make it possible to prepare high-quality dishes in just a few minutes, even in small spaces or in locations without complex installations such as a flue system. The company is well known for its “no flue required” machines, which are equipped with integrated extraction systems and can be installed in any type of environment.
