BCEA - The one-piece air handling unit that offers flexibility
The BCEA is a new one-piece air handling unit equipped with basic components – supply air and exhaust air design fans, rotary heat recovery section and filters.
The functional sections are always the same. Yet there are so many design furniture alternatives and options that BCEA enables you to tailor your installation.
The BCEA is available in four sizes for air flows up to 4 m3/s (14 400 m3/h). The BCEA can also be supplied as individual components for assembly at the building site. |

The AQ air handling units feature:
-modularity, with a choice of 63 sizes (27 basic) to satisfy all dimensional requirements in terms of work site and handling;
-aluminium alloy frame with exclusive design;
-intermediate sections in reinforced plastic;
-screw covering profiles in plastic;
-absolute thermal break already in the basic version;
-50 mm (or 25 mm) thick design panels with thermal/acoustic insulation (injected polyurethane or mineral wool). Various materials are available for the panels: metal sheets that are prepainted, galvanised, in peraluman, stainless steel;
-absolutely smooth internal surfaces to reduce build-up of dust and make cleaning and disinfection easier;
-high and very high efficiency synthetic corrugated, automatic, electrostatic and charcoal filters;

-humidifying systems in droplet-separator, compressed water, steam and air washer versions;

A revolutionary unit: A patent®, 2 leading points:

Ergonomics:
The AX’M® is an air handling unit patented with a front side completely removable with sliding and removable doors, no fixed panel. Its multi service bulkhead completely accessible does gather all the monitoring and control devices, centralising fluid and electrical connections. It does ease their fitting as well as has the function of cable tray alongside the unit.
The inner and outer sides are smoother again to get an optimal and easy cleaning with:
- For each door, integrated locks furniture with progressive tightening system, integrated rolling system & handles within panels furniture,
- A simple connection device external to the air handling unit.
A manometer is fitted for each filter stage. A real meshed guard double swing door is suggested to avoid the transmission guard, which is a source of air turbulences and damages system efficiency.
Hygiene:
For coils, drain trays are all removable and cleanable, made of stainless steel with 5% slope. Drain tray drain points are pre-fitted, coils headers have standard threaded connections: no welding necessary to install the unit.

The CCM comes in 9 sizes with airflows from 0.58 m³/s to 9.7 m³/s.
The CCM has an attractive outer casing based on the self-supporting panel furniture concept. The outer skin is painted in 2 shades of grey (RAL 9006 and RAL 7024) and has smooth inner partitions. The specially textured finish enhances the appearance.
Every section requiring access is fitted either with an easy-access opening panel or hinged door manufacturer. The CCM unit comes fully assembled or in "Flat Pack" for on-site assembly in difficult locations.
The numerous components are designed to give a smooth and attractive appearance. For example, the filters are on runners with front-clamp filter. Air tightness of up to 95 % OPA (EU9) is achieved and pressure tapping points are provided.
With a wide range of components (mixing devices, filters, coils etc.) the CCM range also comes with a wide selection of fan sizes and speeds, to ensure optimal static pressure, low fan pressure and reduced sound levels.
By optimizing the performance of each section of the CCM unit, the overall length and size is kept to a minimum. Frequently we better the competition.

These units are robust, simple, compact and reliable. No options available for economic reason.
The self supporting panels furniture are built in galvanised white RAL 9010 pre-lacquered sheet, with double wall mineral rock wool thermal insulation of 25 mm thickness.
Ecoclim weather in hot or cold version are designed for horizontal mounting only.
Furthermore, Ecoclim may be fitted with an electric battery on the blowing side in an additional module.
Ecoclim covers a flow range from 1 300 to 10 700 m3/h (8 100 m3/h only with cold battery).
All accessories are made off white RAL 9010 pre-lacquered galvanised sheet, with rock wool thermal insulation 25 mm thickness.

The COMPACT – for large and small!
A new range of compact air handling units for low air flow rates: there is space for the COMPACT on the smallest surface and it can be used flexibly without limiting power or functionality.
The units in the COMPACT range are equipped with highly efficient rotary heat exchangers and energy efficient modern fans. The new range of units also incorporates as standard the modern, intelligent IQnomic control system which Swegon also uses in the successful GOLD range and which can be connected without problem to existing building management systems.
The COMPACT range is available in four versions: The COMPACT Air and COMPACT Heat are complete air handling units which are installed directly in the room to be supplied. Both these units are ideally suited for premises such as classrooms, offices, boutiques and restaurants. The COMPACT Air and Heat units are suitable for air flow rates of 300 to 1200 m3/h, and the SFPv value does not exceed 2.0.
Furthermore, the COMPACT range is supplemented by the COMPACT Unit and Top. These units round off the GOLD range. They are complete air handling units for comfort building ventilation, they can be installed in the smallest area and can be selected by connection facilities at the top and side, according to the installation area. The COMPACT Unit and Top can be used for air flow rates of 300 to 1300 m3/h. Both units are ideally suited, for example, for ventilating schools, small offices and the living room.

Its 25mm double skin casing guarantees an L2 class air tightness, according to "EN 1886" and water connections side choice. Inner side is very accessible, thanks to 1 or 2 hinged doors manufacturer, unhinge-able as standard.
Its plug fan has been selected for its efficiency and low noise level. With its motor fitted at the axis end, the maintenance is minimal.
Its air specifications can be continuously adjusted thanks to a frequency inverter, to comply with your accurate needs.

The packaged air-conditioners in the CSRT-XHE/CSRN-XHE series are outdoor units available with various capacities and a vast range of accessories, including an exclusive system for the active thermodynamic recovery of the energy of the discharged air. They are also equipped with Free-Cooling (version C), electronic expansion valve, control logic, and evolved adjustment for the maximum ambient comfort. They are designed for air-conditioning large spaces. Designed to reduce work on site to a minimum, these units have been created with the aim of always working with topmost energy saving through an extremely intelligent and advanced energy control. The energy is supplied solely when and where it is needed.
They are extremely versatile units and the airflow may be adjusted to three levels: standard, high and reduced. The unit may be adapted to all kinds of requirements thanks to many different possibilities of installation. There are two main constructional configurations:

They also incorporate two-stage filtration, Free Cooling and automatic flow control of delivery, return, extraction and outdoor air. In dual fan configurations, the thermodynamic heat recovery system installed in the extracted air flow remains active in both heating and cooling mode. These units are therefore particularly suitable whenever excellent air quality and efficient temperature and humidity control are needed to ensure personal wellbeing.
