The air-handling units DMK type are designed to maintain an artificial micro climate. They realize all possible air-treatment processes: filtration, heating, cooling and dehumidification, humidification and sound attenuation. They consist of a frame construction, build from aluminum profiles and corners and side panels, made from galvanized sheet steel and filled with heat and sound insulating mineral rockwool. All outside panels are with powder coating, according to RAL scale. The internal surface is completely smooth so that, air flow resistances are negligible, and also cleaning and maintaining of all components is easy.

VEDA Max.E is an AHU with air-to-air heat recovery and implemented heat pump. It is designed for maintaining the micro climate parameters in cinemas and theaters, discos, restaurants, administrative and business buildings, multifunctional shopping centers and whenever 100% fresh air is needed.
It is a multifunctional unit, with possibility to work in 4-5 basic regimes. In the summer could cover up to 90% of the total cooling load, while in the winter its work is entirely independent from the outside air temperature, which leads to much higher COP of the system, compared to a standard air-cooled chillers. %u0422he %u201Cfree cooling%u201D regime, ensure refrigerant-free cooling during the intermediate seasons(compressor is off).
It`s compactness comes with the fact that in 1 unit are united an AHU and a heat pump. The traditional for this scheme pipes and elements to the pipe system are missing. The compressor is heat, sound and vibration insulated. The control unit is mounted on the unit and all connections to the separate elements of the automation are done in manufacturing conditions.

The CCM comes in 9 sizes with airflows from 0.58 m³/s to 9.7 m³/s.
The CCM has an attractive outer casing based on the self-supporting panel concept. The outer skin is painted in 2 shades of grey (RAL 9006 and RAL 7024) and has smooth inner partitions. The specially textured finish enhances the appearance.
Every section requiring access is fitted either with an easy-access opening panel or hinged door. The CCM unit comes fully assembled or in "Flat Pack" for on-site assembly in difficult locations.
The numerous components are designed to give a smooth and attractive appearance. For example, the filters are on runners with front-clamp filter. Air tightness of up to 95 % OPA (EU9) is achieved and pressure tapping points are provided.
With a wide range of components (mixing devices, filters, coils etc.) the CCM range also comes with a wide selection of fan sizes and speeds, to ensure optimal static pressure, low fan pressure and reduced sound levels.
By optimizing the performance of each section of the CCM unit, the overall length and size is kept to a minimum. Frequently we better the competition.

Ergonomics:
The AX’M® is an air handling unit patented with a front side completely removable with sliding and removable doors, no fixed panel. Its multi service bulkhead completely accessible does gather all the monitoring and control devices, centralising fluid and electrical connections. It does ease their fitting as well as has the function of cable tray alongside the unit.
The inner and outer sides are smoother again to get an optimal and easy cleaning with:
- For each door, integrated locks with progressive tightening system, integrated rolling system & handles within panels,
- A simple connection device external to the air handling unit.
A manometer is fitted for each filter stage. A real meshed guard double door is suggested to avoid the transmission guard, which is a source of air turbulences and damages system efficiency.
Hygiene:
For coils, drain trays are all removable and cleanable, made of stainless steel with 5% slope. Drain tray drain points are pre-fitted, coils headers have standard threaded connections: no welding necessary to install the unit.

YMA-C Air Handling Units comprise an extremely rigid sealed frame construction, therefore gaps between panel junctions are minimal, and consequently air leakage is greatly reduced. The unit also includes a non-metallic isolating frame around the internal perimeter of each panel, which serves to all but eliminate Thermal Transmission through the casing. An external aluminium profile maintains structural integrity and air-tightness without compromising the thermal-bridging characteristics of the unit.

Air conditioning unit and ventilation equipment is built according to the kit principle and can be produced in any desired combination.
The corner section is sealed to the die-cast corner connector with an EPDM seal.
Side panels are double-walled, made of galvanised sheet steel with incombustible noise- and heat-blocking inner sheathing made of rock wool mats according to DIN 4102 A1. For hygienic equipment, the inner panels can be furnished in stainless steel. A coloured plastic coating of the panel and frame (RAL 7035) is also available.
