By simply rotating the back, without removing any of the cushions, it converts into a bed with an 18 cm mattress. Pillow storage is available in the backrest. Mechanism or structure: High resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Orthopedic bed with quality continental weld-mesh, fixed to the frame with springs. Comfortable seating made with webbing. Opening and closing operations with one single movement (sofabed only). Mattress standard (sofabed only): Interior “Bonnel” springing made of a 2,20 mm. hardened steel; expanded polyurethane foam 30Kg/m3; 100% CO ecru fabric quilted with extra soft expanded polyurethane foam 18 kg/m3+ 100% PL 200 g/m2 and non-woven, 100% cotton fabric band. Frame: Back in high resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Armrests in solid fir, poplar plywood and particle wood. Front panel (nonbearing) in particle wood. Headboard: solid fir and particle wood. Padding: Seat: Expanded polyurethane foam 35 Kg/m3, covered with interliner combined with PL fibre 280 g/m2 and 2,5 mm. quilted interliner. Back: Expanded polyurethane foam 18+21 kg/m3 + 100% PL needle-punched 380 g/m2 fiber combined with interliner; inner cover in 2,5 mm. combined interliner.
