Vivien is a sofa bed with Lampolet mechanism, featuring a rounded backrest which continues into the armrest; the sofa can be produced by combining different materials such as fabric, leather and microfibre. The feet are made of metal with black nickel finish. By simply rotating the back, without removing any of the cushions, Vivien converts into a conventional bed with a 200 cm long mattress. The removable cover is washable according to the fabric selected. Vivien is a sofa bed that can be dismantled for easy delivery and is also available as a sofa. Mechanism or structure: High resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Orthopedic bed with quality continental weld-mesh, fixed to the frame with springs. Comfortable seating made with webbing. Opening and closing operations with one single movement (sofabed only). Mattress standard (sofa bed only): interior “Bonnel” springing made of a Ø 2,20 mm hardened steel; 15 mm expanded polyurethane foam 30 Kg/m3 each side; 100% PL fabric quilted with 100% polyester fiber g 200/m2 and non-woven; 100% PL fabric quilted sides. Frame: Back: high resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Base in solid fir and hardboard. Headboard/armrests in multy-layer, plywood and hardboard. Padding: Seat: Expanded polyurethane foam 35 Kg/m3 , covered with PL fibre 200 g/m2 and 2,5 mm. quilted interliner. Back: Expanded polyurethane foam 18 kg/m3 covered with PL fibre 300 g/m2 and 2,5 mm. quilted interliner. Frame: expanded polyurethane foam 30 kg/m3 covered with interliner combined with 200 g/m2 PL fibre. Legs: metal epoxy baked painted. Fabric: Specifications: see sample attached.
