Mechanism or structure: High resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Orthopedic bed with quality continental weld-mesh, fixed to the frame with springs. Comfortable seating made with webbing. Opening and closing operations with one single movement (sofabed only). Mattress standard (sofa bed only): interior “Bonnel” springing made of a Ø 2,20 mm hardened steel; 15 mm expanded polyurethane foam 30 Kg/m3 each side; 100% PL fabric quilted with 100% polyester fiber g 200/m2 and non-woven; 100% PL fabric quilted sides. Frame: Back: high resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Base in solid fir and poplar multilayer. Headboard/armrests in solid fir, poplar multilayer, plywood and hardboard. Padding: Seat: Expanded polyurethane foam 35 Kg/m3 , covered with PL fibre 200 g/m2 and 2,5 mm. quilted interliner. Back: Expanded polyurethane foam 18 kg/m3 covered with PL fibre 300 g/m2 and 2,5 mm. quilted interliner. Frame: expanded polyurethane foam 30 kg/m3 covered with interliner combined with 200 g/m2 PL fibre. Legs: metal epoxy baked painted. Fabric: Specifications: see sample attached.
