Single-ply synthetic PVC roofing membranes, Monarplan FM for UV exposed roofs in mechanically fixed roof systems. Monarplan FM is available in different thickness. Lightweight waterproofing solution for mechanically fixed system. Flexibility of membranes suitable for a variety of roof shapes. Smooth aspect of the surface to meet all aesthetic concerns of architects and building developers. Hot-air welding and flame-free application. Large-width rolls (up to 212cm wide) for fast application. A comprehensive range of accessories: walkways (Monarplan W), angles and profiles. Conform to European standard EN 13956 and UEAtc and EOTA certification. Monarplan FM synthetic membrane MAIN USES Monarplan FM for mechanical fixings on UV exposed roofs. For non-accessible roofs with low slope (≥ 1%) including utility areas. On substrates in concrete, autoclaved cellular concrete, steel-deck, timber or wood derivative boards. On insulation boards: complying with supplier’s technical documentation & local regulations. On new roof construction or in reproofing. On premises with low, medium or high hygrometry. Connections are made with structural elements of rigid PVC or with metal plate coated with PVC sheeting (plasticized). Monarplan FM can be welded by hot air (preferred method) or liquid adhesive.
