Description

Accoya wood has been used for a private residence in Puglia in Southern Italy. The Trulli of Alberobello is part of the UNESCO World Heritage sites and receives a high number of Italian visitors and a few international visitors to the town every year. Supplied by Kobel, in Italy Accoya was specified for the decking. The decking was wire brushed for a textured distressed looking finish and then laid around the swimming pool in the grounds of the residence. The client is pleased with the quality and overall finish of the decking and has the peace of mind that Accoya will be dimensionally stable, has outstanding durability and the added benefit of a guarantee of 50 years.
