The inexpensive vertical cutters of the Victoria-V series offer great freedom of cleaning thanks to the extended blade scar and space below the blade sickle. Cut goods such as cold cuts, sausage, ham and cheese can be steplessly cut into 0 – 15 mm clean, thick slices with the hard chrome-plated blade made of special steel. Due to the vertical position of the slide and blade, the cutting result can be significantly influenced by the pressure exerted by the operator.
