A-Flex DT polyuerethane flexible remoavable bollard with removable black plastic base, specially designed for our A-Flex flexible bollard with folding top cover. By simply inserting a flexible bollard into the base. the bollard can be blocked by a triangular key located on the side of the base, in order to lock the cover once it's closed or to lock the bollard once it's placed in the hole.
