In addition, Moduflex® can be installed more quickly and more easily than conventional modular systems, and needs only minimal foundations to be used safely.  Superbly equipped, comfortable Moduflex® buildings   Double-glazed windows for improved insulation, noise reduction and environmental performance with simple tilt/turn operation.   Economical lighting with PIR sensors fitted to all areas (except meeting rooms) and standard T8 fittings to all office spaces.   Heating thermostat and timer-controlled electric heating, with optional climate control available to create a consistent, comfortable temperature.   Internally-operated shutters, which are lockable from the inside for a secure environment with no need for internal blinds.   Rapid installation: all buildings are prepared off-site for quick and easy installation up to three storeys high.
