Guests won’t be bothered by the smoke or odours from cooking since the air curtain works like a transparent wall between the kitchen area and guests. A remote ventilation box is needed for extraction and incoming air. It may optionally come with a 400º/2H built-in extraction fan (not supplied with the hood). Hood fully made of 304 stainless steel. Equipped with 390 x 490 x 50 stainless steel impact filters They provide: •Traditional extraction •A perimeter air curtain The air curtain is exclusive to this model and is fed by a remote extraction box. Fully built in AISI 304 stainless steel. Equipped with an internal aspiration plenum box with regulation flaps for filter-to-filter flow. All other measurements are modular up to the length required for each cooking area. They may optionally be supplied with flush fitted LED lamps (2 IP65 tubes), an automatic fire extinguishing system, automatic flow regulation or A-UV technology
