More than just a logistics building After an erection period of just over six months, the company Centrum Klima was able to move into its new premises. The distribution warehouse was constructed by our Polish partner Skalski, located in the area. Centrum Klima is a leading manufacturer of air-conditioning and ventilation systems on the Polish and European Market. On a building ground surface of 8,500 m², the company now has several buildings for different functions. Located at the centre of the site are the 5,000 m² logistics hall and the connecting 3,500 m² production hall. The production facility is a single storey steel construction and has an integrated gantry crane that can transport goods of up to eight tons through the whole hall. The distribution warehouse has a Euro-pallet racking system with five levels and with plenty of space for manoeuvring goods. There is a very sophisticated loading system in the warehouse.
