Clever designs create attractive buildings Located in the business park Dynapole de Ludres et Fleville, 8 kilometers south of Nancy, Astron Builder Partner Nancy Construction SA has built a single-storey office building including showroom and storage area. The building was commissioned by the French company Zenium, which specialises in natural light technology. The lighting systems are used in the medical field as well as for light-therapeutic purposes. The single-storey office building was erected with a total area of 1,355 m², and is divided into two parts – production and storage area, offices and showroom. The latter has two connecting mezzanine floors with an area of 220 m², and this facilitates optimal and creative use of the presentation area. Not only do the aluminium-glass facade and the curved roof contribute to the successful exterior architecture, but also the wall system with its anthracite gray panels. These are mounted horizontally in the office part of the building and vertically in the storage area.
