Description

Office and warehouse combined In order to be able to work and store products in one modern building complex in the future, the company Elektrotek decided to build an adjoining administrative building. The steel hall houses both warehouse and the multi-storey office area of the company. Elektrotek is one of the leading companies in the energy sector. It develops utility and energy systems for customers in the industrial and commercial fields, for governmental institutions and for research centres. The adjoining administrative building for Elektrotek was completed with Builder Partner Artim-Serwis. The three-storey office complex comprises a total area of 1,700 m². More than 100 employees work here. The warehouse has an area of 1,400 m². The adjoining administrative building has a contemporary architectural style. The facade is decorated in various shades of grey and has several glass elements which ensure that the modern office rooms are supplied with daylight. The administrative building was completed in just five months and fully met the expectations of the client.
