When movement is detected, this detector triggers an alarm and records a sequence of images. These images are stored on the detectors memory card and/or remotely transmitted to a designated correspondent (by e-mail or MMS) or to a digicom centre (a dialler is required for the transmission). The images recorded make it possible to identify the cause of alarm triggering and if the break-in is visually confirmed, the images can then be used by the appropriate authorities.
