Description


BeRoll InsulX is our recycled SBR rubber roll designed for sound insulation, as an underlayment beneath laminate, wood, LVT, within concrete floor systems, and as a base layer for acrylic and PU sports floors. With a density of 850 kg/m3, it delivers strong performance and improved properties compared to lower-density rolls. Its less porous surface allows the use of less acrylic and PU material, while also improving acoustic attenuation even at reduced thicknesses.


Applications

Residential and office buildings.

Underlayments for floating floors: laminate, wood, LVT, acrylic or PU sports floors.

Use within concrete floor solutions where acoustic separation is required.

Use in areas where higher vibration absorption is needed.

Installation and compatibility


It can be installed below or above the screed and can be bonded to soft substrates using polyurethane adhesives. Flexible and easy to handle for transport, storage, and on-site installation. Ensure proper surface preparation and follow the flooring manufacturer’s recommendations.
