Description
The Ardys low table, designed by Patricia Urquiola, pairs rounded geometry with a polished concrete aesthetic to complement upholstered seating systems. Compact and architecturally defined, the piece is produced using traditional moulding and artisan finishing processes that highlight material texture and subtle surface ripples.

Construction and finish
The top and base are cast from a specialised cement mortar in traditional formwork that intentionally preserves marks and ripples as part of the design language. After setting, pieces undergo slow drying and a multi-stage finishing sequence, culminating in a final polishing that increases surface protection and reduces micro-scratches.
